We never make Brown Jordan cushions from customer measurements. The original cushions have always been examined for the density of the foam, sew pattern and numerous features. Correspondingly, we probably have the largest collection of original Brown Jordan cushions / templates in the industry. (of independent cushion manufacturers.)
